Returning products
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Sealed products

Custom products
Some products you purchase through this online store are custom-made to your specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. The sale is final after successful payment.
